SolarTransfer is an effort to promote the use of solar energy systems in Eastern European countries. Solar energy is the primary sustainable alternative to fossil energy regarding heating and hot water. The major advantages are zero emission of greenhouse gases and low running costs.
CIRCE solar trans is a network of some small and medium companies working on applications of solar collectors and photovoltaic systems on buildings. The project is financed of the Austrian Ministery of Work and Industry BMWA.
